Hi fren, do u wan 3M thermal tape or thermal paste/grease? Normaly for CPU, i would recommend thermal paste/grease whereas for RAM sinks etc., it's good 2 use thermal tape.

Hi fren, normaly we don use thermal tape together with thermal compound.... for processor heatsink with clip, i would recommend the use of thermal grease/compound.... thermal tape is recommended for heatsinks w/out clips...

Hi fren, may i know where or wat components do u plan 2 stick? Thermal tape is more suitable for small heatsinks w/out clip. For bigger heatsink like cpu heatsink with clip, thermal paste would be more suitable.

(Didnt know there are multiple type of thermal tape Prior to that, I'm in KL, how long does it take to deliver to KL (assuming that I'll be doing a fund transfer direct to your bank account)? Need it on an urgent case, as my heatsink dropped off from my GC already. |
