- Thermal Tape (stick 2 sided, no need any clip) - Thermal pad (stick 1 sided, need clip) The choice of either thermal tape or thermal pad depends on your intended usage... may i know where would u like 2 apply/use? Hi, if your heatsink has clip or holding pins, it is more appropriate 2 use thermal grease...

Hi fren, this is different from thermal paste... thermal pad is thicker, n single side sticks... thermal pad is thinner, n both sides stick...
