Hi, do u mean u wan 2 use the thermal tape or thermal pad for your socket 478 processor? Normaly we would recommend thermal grease or thermal compound for processor.

Recommended seller, received my thermal pads already

Bought some 1.3mm thick thermal pads, used for graphic cards where the cooler usually don't touch the RAM chip and they use thermal pads as well.

Replace the old pads with new one when cleaning... very useful

May I find out what is the suitable size of thermal pad on a northbridge heatsink..

The mobo is Abit AI-7

Do you have thermal pad in roll not pieces cos i heard outside people selling it in roll like 3M thermal tape also in roll
