Could you tell me the different between 9885 and 5590H model of the pad?
Which work better in term of thermal conductivity?

Thanks!

Hi fren,

- Thermal Tape (stick 2 sided, no need any clip)
- Thermal pad (stick 1 sided, need clip)

The choice of either thermal tape or thermal pad depends on your intended usage... may i know where would u like 2 apply/use? Then i can give u the recommendation. TQ!

Hi, if your heatsink has clip or holding pins, it is more appropriate 2 use thermal grease...

For heatsink without pins or clip, then i would suggest 3M™ THERMAL CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE TRANSFER TAPE 9885.

TQ!

Hi fren, this is different from thermal paste... thermal pad is thicker, n single side sticks... thermal pad is thinner, n both sides stick...

May i know where or for what application u intend 2 use thermal pad or tape? Plz let me know then i can suggest the most appropriate solution 4 u. TQ!
