See if there's any ENKEI written on the rim. You might need to remove the wheel out to further scrutinize.

if i ditch my original 16" wheels to a lighter rim...will it improve the ride comfort and make it less bumpy..

Don't think so. Comfort ride depend a lot of tyre profile.

ok... try to change to Hankook V12, Yokohama A Drive or C Drive... or Falken 912...
change to 205/50 R16... i think that size will give you a lil more comfort...
plus all the tires i recommend you have softer side wall then it will give you better comfort...

I'm driving Suzuki Swift Sport as well just got 2 months ago, still on the stock rims. well our stock suspension it's already kinda hard. Planning to get a Volks Racing RE30 rims for the swift. Still looking for the 2nd hand one 16inch. Any idea where can i find those rims ? i know it's pretty rare and the price it's killing too. Found one 17inch RE30 second hand one for RM7.5k doh.gif
