There is a way to increase your metabolism which is by eating small small meals throughout the day...
you can split ur cardio into 2 sessions per day as well..

As I'm working 9-5.30pm, I can only workout at the late evening. I have my gym session mostly around 8.30pm till 9.30 or 9.45pm then I will rest and have bath before head to bed.

So is there any way to besides having 2 sessions of cardio ?

I didn't mean that u need to do 2 times a day. However, split ur meals into more smaller meals. Remember that starving is not a way to lose weight. Eat right and exercise right will lose weight. Your meal looks too generic as I don't know what do u have in ur meat.

It can be fried chicken or steam chicken...
try to have ur fruits before you start your meal...and try having fruits only in the morning so that u can reduce the sugar intake at night. Replace your normal rice to brown rice or full grain bread or whole meal bread. As a conclusion, replace ur high GI food with lo GI food. Cut down carb at night if possible.

Noted.

As for meal, I mostly take very little rice. Vege is normal vege that can get from stall. Meat is not fried meat for sure and the meat is normal chest meat of chicken.I have problem preparing my meal on my own as I really got no time sad.gif

By the way, GI is what ? and carb is what ?
