ex: morning: 3 tablespoon of oats
3 eggs white
brunch: soya drink/whey protien shake
tuna sandwich
lunch: very little rice, alot of veggie, chick breast
pre workout: anything u have for it
post workout: anything u have for it
dinner: 1 small sweet potato n fish/chick breast again
