Wheeking and whining/moaning sounds the same. Can hear wheek wheek. But wheeking, the wheek has a longer tone. Kinda like Whhhheeeeeeekkk. but moaning/sighing is more like wheek wheek wheek.... short short interval.

I see, thanks to all that replied. Boru is still very shy, running and hiding when wanna pat him =_= always look very scared. Pity him. Sometimes plan to just leave him alone but that won't solve a thing right? need to keep touching and sayang him for him to get use?

Allright, I always put my hand in front of him 1st slowly in order to "tell" him I am coming, then stroke a couple of times and only hold him up (thats when I am lucky) but most of the time as soon as my hand is in the cage, he runs and hide =_=, should I pursue or leave him alone?

Basically after running to a corner he feels safe, he will stop there. you can stroke him there. Let him get used to the way your hands feel but don do it overly much. The best is still to take him out and let him get used to you and your GF.

Then when you take him out must give him treat lo. Let him know, if come out got food wan~ that kinda thing.

Yea he will stop at a corner. Yup he got treats like apples from us but sometimes he would just stay there quietly on our lap without eating the treat. Then after like 15mins only he'll start eating.

Dats normal for GP first time met with their new owner... if they got ur trustworthy, not 15 min.... as good as u put them on ur lap they immediately eat. But Boru still babies.... i think he's fast learner.

Ur pixs so small.. cant see clearly ur Boru.
