It depends, if more people report to eBay, they will look this seriously. For my previous case only me open the dispute (I guess) so no action, why eBay bother to take time to handle such small things. That what I thinking.

For Shazrin case, eBay did sent me an email to ask for proof of payment to proceed with claim but I haven't pay yet (luckily actually).

So better to keep your cash deposit machine receipt, make a copy of it cause the paper is thermal paper that will fake over time (why does bank use such stupid paper anyway ).

yes, im still have the bank slip , but the ink not very clear, sien.......

Photocopy with darker setting or scan and use software to make it clearer. Might need to fax to eBay if they ask for it.

Yes,I posted a note on 07-07-08 09:06 MYT ebay.com.my community forum regarding the seller who cheated me Rizal bin Mohd.

I received a message from an eBay member nordingh saying there is a link to this forum lowyat.net about that guy a.k.a thebantap.

So here Iam. I reported to the police on 7-7-08 at balai polis brickfields kl..soon after I find out his cell-phone is off n the item I ordered not arrived as promised.
Right after I called the number appear on a new profile name which a guy answered named TAN .He dosent sound like that guy Rizal Bin Mohd voiced since I had called him on 1-7-08 to deposited payment into his AMBANK credit card account at Damansara Branch and I remembered his voiced.
I also have fax to AMBANK 21713171 the original copy of my police report at 8-7-08. But up untill today there is no feedback from them.

With what I have read.n a lot of ppl got coned the same method.I belived that ebay.com.my most probably are involved ,maybe there is an inside job that gave the so called 100% feedbacks on their sales records to one or more conman n how possible there is more than one conman,it may be a gang-members doing these modus operandi scam.

gotcheated, seller can create how many buyer he want. Then from time to time left the feedback to only account that register as seller. That way will make the seller so real.

Ed, good job there, I also not notice about the name. Confirm same guys done this... Can use that info when report to police.
