i use global crossing 2 no problem at max speed of my 512kb line

i download using my uni's line when i go for classes
can reach total 1.1MegaBytes for 10 simultaneous downloads

no problem with my line at home
in fact, i even had the luck of downloading at 2.5-3MBytes/s using my uni line. downloaded like 10GBytes of stuffs within 1 hour....

apparently no....but then tat's early morning, probably every1 else completed their download liao over the night, so the line's free
and somemore i'm not staying at hostel or anything
just go there for classes for bout 1-2 hours per day
if stay there, i think 20 rapidshare accs also not enuff

which means, let's say today u dun download 4gb, tomorrow u have 8gb to download

only 1 ip can be connected at a time now
rules and regulation said u arent supposed to share ur acc actually
so probably 1 of u have to do the downloading only all the time to avoid the hassle of asking each other to stop their download when the other want to use.

yeah, confirmed same router using single ip is possible
i tried my laptop n desktop downloading together no problem

it's really tm problem i think at certain places
i ahve no problems downloading at full speed of my 512kbps line, and like i mentioned before, no problem reaching 2.5-3Gbytes/s in my uni, which is confirmed to be using TM's line, since it's part of their group.

lol despite wat i said earlier regarding fast speed with my acc, seems like today's the first day i encounter slow speed on both my RS and Megaupload acc, speed wont go up more than 25kBps
this 1 is definitely TM's work already.
