I'm a new premium user of Rapidshare. I'm currently using a Celcom 3G connection 384kbps.

First of all, I bought the premium account for 1 month because using torrent on Celcom 3G is almost impossible (due to unbelievable slow speed).

When I download my first 100Mb file with Rapidshare premium, the speed was SUPER fast @ over 30KB/s (It took about an Hour). But when I try to download the 2nd 100Mb file, the speed slowed down tremendously to not more than 10KB/s.

Is this because of my internet connection? Is Celcom blocking these kind of things? Is there anything I can do to pick up the download speed?
Please advise..

I do hear that Celcom internet (3g/broadband) sucks, but don't know if it's entirely true, better get real connection such as Screamyx or WiMax if it's available...
