I know that you're concerned about your friend, but does he know u posted up his bill with all his info for the whole world to see? Maybe you might want to do him a simple courtesy and block out some of the info on the bill. Like his name, maybe ? or phone no? or account no? Luckily his address and IC wasn't on it. Ooppss.. nope, his address IS on it! LOL

by the owner, who is a moderator. The owner himself was so furious until he aware and do not care the information exposed to public.
He also stated that the sim card is for data transfer and cannot call in/out.

TS, i think your freind will the case if this thing goes to court. celcom need to prepare input/output logs. proof where the signal coming fom and goes to.

with 8k, it's 4 months of my salary.

it is possible with celcom.
It happen on me 5 years ago.
I signed up for a package that have a minimum usage charges of RM70. If use below that amount, will be billed RM250. If use more than RM70, i only paid what i used (eg RM89).
It turns up every month they charge me avg RM380++ every month which i did not know anything about it until my family called me up. Total amount need to pay is 1K++, it is just few month only.
Complaint is done, mail, email, sales office, HQ, even up to manager level also no use. Keep on saying they are not the problem.
My family paid everything becos i'm still a student + that line belongs to my family. Extremely disappointed. I just receive the mail or so called invoice 3 years later to be exact stating that they finish calculating the amount and pay me back RM37. I dun even want to go back to complaint for extra few hundred ringgit because i'm sure it gonna waste my time.

I would be interested in the rest of the story like what celcom says about this and so on. I am sure the owner already made the complain. So, what's the outcome?

dun worry lerr..make complain and they will give rebate..sometimes this happens when some services were wrongly put into the acc...ask them to investigate ler. this one is the unlimited one...sure something is wrong...
