Bowen is now doing many remakes. Collectability (value) wise, its not so high unlike the earlier ones. As for Sideshow, their ranges are very diverse. Both has different scales but Bowens are quite similar to SS dioramas in terms of size.
I still have Bowens of my favourite characters - some museum poses are iconic IMO. Sideshow has more mises and hits nowadays to me.

For me, I'm still eyeing Kotobukiya products. Because in terms of paint jobs, their record for their bishoujo series is stellar. They had their spotty disappointments with some of their previous statues. But lately, the latest one I got from them, Collossus Danger Room Fine Art is very good. So, I'm holding out to them.

For the Bowen ones, I only like the more dynamic ones. Not into museum poses.

Think about it, Bowen doing smaller and smaller runs, Sideshow, releasing only 2 characters for their DC License, and it has almost been a year since the announcement....Sideshow sculptors that otherwise would never have time to do their own thing are now doing personal projects, and tons of model kits... I myself used to have 6-8 people working for me, now there's 4 of us, still plenty busy thank goodness, but you never know.-----Zkulptor
