QUOTE(Parody @ Apr 15 2011, 05:03 PM) Your Bishoujo statues are vinyl.
By the way, nice haul of Wonder Woman. Miss Marvel's eyes look a tad off compared to the prototype though. ack! it melts and gets sticky!?! i thought it was only a problem for action figures. i gotta invest in some protection thingys. p.s facewise all the bishojou pieces look nothing at all like the artwork & prototype. bodywise they are all fiiiiiineeee.

Kangaxx, it doesn't melt. Melt means it is being 'dilebur'. What actually happens is that these PVC statues, they have these things called plasticizers inside them. Plasticizers are to enable the PVC to bend and take shape. But plasticizers tend to migrate to the surface of the PVC over time. That is how you get the icky sticky feeling to it. An expert in chemicals would be able to explain this even further. ^^ Added on April 17, 2011, 3:37 pm Ah...looking at the pic, SideShow artists do use the ever versatile Sharpie for their work, eh? Interesting. ^^ Or do my eyes deceive me. Nyuck nyuck nyuck. This post has been edited by demonhunter360: Apr 17 2011, 03:37 PM

That is a very accurate looking darth vader, many hardcore perfectionists will be dying to get one. Much better than Sideshow's lifesize bust. As for me .... $$$$$

Yes, it does look to be the PERFECT replica of Darth Vader's helmet.
It certainly will be the mother of all centerpieces in your collection, and you will be the envy of many.

That's the price of true replicas collection. If only sideshow can reproduce such, at least more affordable Think I will just wait for vader LSB or 2nd edition premium format ... hahahahahaha

Just saw this pic from mamba. For those who have space issue with shelves etc, best is use a table/cupboard top. Despite being exposed and more prone to dust, the display is more complete, spacious and more effective than being couped up inside a small shelf.
