hello to all. Am new to forum and stumble on this thread. Very interesting to see so many Su kee nang. Well, dad's Hainanese. My origin is PJ but goes back to Melaka occasionally. Apart from 1-10, i don't know a word of Hainanese. Wonder why dad did not train me and sister from young. Am not Chinese educated so its like Duck & Chicken talk when speak with relatives...sigh! When you all meet up in gatherings....do you all converse in Hainanese?
