My parents is going to Hainan Island in September. On their own... They ask me to find maps for them. Anyone know where I can get info?

hmmm not sure where to get but i think the 1st page got some links to some hainanese info....but if thats of no help...u can always try google....

My problem is I can't read chinese, my parents can't read English... I want to search also don't t how...

places recommended to go,

1. Nanshan Goddess of Mercy, ( this one got package,need to refer at Wenchang, Make sure is chalet, they got diff class)
2. Xinglong Hot Spring ( drink their coffee, this place is on the way to Nanshan )
3. Sanya Beach ( next to Nanshan, good for shopping, well developed)
4. DongBei (food haven)
5. Wenchang ( 45mins drive from Meilan Airport, chicken rice originated from there)
6. HuiWen ( good village food, cheap and clean)
7. Wuzhisan ( 5 fingers mountain)
8. Haikou ( suprising things here are sheaper than Wenchang.. city lot)

btw, the food sucks at Nanshan...

skywood, i know which tour ur parents go liao... my grandparents was suppose to go, but full edi... are u by any chance from sungai way?? or somewhere near?

No No No... not by tour but by their own. So is quite advanterous. Therefore I need to do some research for them. I also a bit worry.

u got relative at hainan island right? after ur parent reach there ask them to pickup ur parent & bring them to jalan-jalan.

or bring merzchan....merzchan can be personal tour guide...

Got relatives but in Kampung lah. My parents don't wan to follow tour because they wan to balik kampung. But I think the kampung is like 5-7 hours drive. So they wan to do self exploring tour. They wan to jalan jalan and travel back to kampung. They can speak hainanese. But i still worry they kena tipu.
