for me no problems so far. running smoothly. looking for GRAW2 now...din manage to play it last time. wanna see what's the difference with physx enabled.

Summore ageia cards all stop production...meaning driver support also stopped/limited.

Wouldnt risk to get 1 now.....now nvidia is the ageia.

Dang! I still can't get physx to work on my pc. Already tried fresh xp installation (install xp > install gc driver 177.83+physx 8.08.01 > install sound driver > restart > run physx apps) still nothing. But i can play warmonger tho and run the fluid simulation, as long as i don't change to software mode coz cannot toggle back to hardware mode.

is it just me or is PhysX taxing on one core?

for the Nurien tech demo, my average fps is like 17fps, minimum 8fps and maximum 30fps. (using 8800gts 320mb)

Without physx, the tech demo gives me an average of 10fps, minimum 3fps, and maximum 15fps

physx does "tax" you core utilization..

Hey guys, why not list down your graphic card and the Physx benchmark results, eg. min, avg, max fps and type of demo... At least we can learn and compare....

My system just crashed on Warmonger.. =_="

i installed the physx pack, then when i run the physx control panel, no hardware found...

This 177.83 Driver are support ALL 8 series , 9 Series and GTX 200 series. So 9600GT no problem Coz my AMD Rig 9600GT also using it.

After update drive to this 177.83 ...auto u will get phyx 8.08.1

yup, true. i saw the driver has been updated and the physx is installed
and then, when i open the control panel for physx, it said no hardware is found
any setting i need to do?
