ya too bad, first day received the 4870x2 very happy but try thousand times able to screen any POST screen... then bought again Corsair HX1000 PSU still no boot!! damn i also change again the board. but luckily now able to use it by flash the BIOS to older version BIOS 12.

so whoever what to get the 4870x2 make sure check whether the mainboard have compatible issue or not.

i almost go to get the Asus board, lucky i tried to flash back to older BIOS, 10, 11 and 12 all working. BIOS 13 and 14 not working.

Recently, we also continue to receive user feedback the 4870x2 graphics card can't boot issue.

We test the 4870x2 Graphics card is indeed have compatibility issue with IX38 QuadGT, we find this status is has normal boot, but screen does not show.

Currently we test the v12 BIOS to can boot, so please you can try to update v12 BIOS to test.

This problem, we will as far as possible to solve ASAP.

i tried that on warhead the frame rate increased about 10fps if not mistake. thanks

just the problem if you play long time then when u exit the game, the system suddenly reboot.

as i know is 2x 4870x2 call CrossfireX.

but for this setup 4870x2 + 4870 you will get lower performance, because of memory size.

but i think mostly games not support well at CFX mode. this is why not much ppl wanna spend extra money on it.

just hope new driver will improve it. personally i'm interesting to get another 4870x2 to do CFX
