yes demand from colleges eg TARC and young working adults/couple prefer to live near to their parent. (setapak is an old and matured township). many youngsters now prefer to live separately from parent. when more new retails/shopping malls comin, it will be a nice place to stay. I start to see pubs/hi end restaurants coming to this area too.
