Next launch going to be 350k. I went ard the area & so many condos there, look like singpore ! Is it worth to invest ? I heard lotsa students there so working people don't like this place ? Is rental max 1,500 ?

i miss the boat...like time i should buy rm305k in phase 4...
next launch should be RM380k and onward..because phase 6 on Feb 2011 already RM360k min... |
