Most likely not, but there will be exceptions where my ex-colleague more than doubled her salary in one jump. It's similar to the above where she is way underpaid before the jump, just that the figures is different. I also knew someone who doubles his salary within a year in 2 jumps. His figures is somewhat similar to the above though.
When a person is seriously underpaid, exceptions could happen...
