QUOTE(jackdante22 @ Dec 19 2008, 09:43 PM) anyone here expriencing any sim card failure using this phone? suddenly my phone pop up "insert sim card" message. i try to remove and reinsert the sim card but the same thing happen. other sim card can operate just fine. Change the sim card. I had the same experience previously while using other phones. Off and on there will be this "insert sim card" error. Spoke to Maxis and they told me it's a sim card problem. Changed the sim card on the spot and problems never came back. |

I personally has a Nuvi 200 and it works fine with V-Kool.. in fact my E71 loaded with Garmin Mobile XT works fine with V-Kool as well. But comparing Nuvi with E71, of course Nuvi is much better...

QUOTE(scofield @ Dec 22 2008, 11:58 AM) i think its version 5.0..using malsing map.. Go to Tools>Settings>Routing>Calculate Routes for. Select Car/Motorcyclebut i wish that it could navigate us by pointing which way is the shortest and stuff..as for now, if let say i'm on a highway and want to navigate to my hse, it only draws a long pink line pointing my position and my hse position..what i want is for it to actually show the road we are suppose to take..but i guess this could only happen using the paid version..or am i doing it wrong? Give it a try. |

QUOTE(lie_bizkut @ Dec 22 2008, 03:44 PM) 1 stupid question. If you're connected via WiFi, you will not be charged.if use wifi the will charge my bill ka.because my bill came today and i've been charge with GPRS and i'm not sure either it charge for wifi or Garmin????. helppppp As for the GPRS charges, it would probably be the Garmin Mobile XT. Switch OFF the A-GPS feature and you will be fine. |
