I got myself a waist pouch from BKK. The pouch are design for E71. I would said BKK is the best place to get handphone pouch...
Notice the braided area inside...they make it ala E71 back cover..Really nice.
Anyone interested? I going to BKK end of next month...Maybe can organize a small bulk..

jus contact my supplier, nw seem like getting more white set rather than grey set...seem like grey become lesser n lesser...

can we view the msoffice attachement in the mail using e71, wat is the software used...

my friend is using e61i, he said sometimes u cant view the attachment properly....

any idea about this...

Added on September 12, 2008, 10:05 amWhen I bought the screen protector... it came with the lens protector as well... I bought it from Digital Mall...cost around RM30... you have to ask for the special edition one for NK E71....

I just got my E71 yesterday night....
Charge it all night now its up and running......very easy to use and i transferred everything from my 838pro under an hour..

Amazing looking with great weight....the only wierd thing is the case. If put the strap i cant put the handsfree.....looks like i need to get the bluetooth..

yup... thats a weird thing about the case ...... i also noticed that when i first got it..... just go get a bluetooth handsfree....solves the problem...

For bluetooth, I suggest U buy those which can plug in other good quality 3.5mm headphone. I tested APE song a2dp to i-tech R35 + Crossroad Mylar XB = total wootness. Jaw dropping sound quality
Since R35 no longer in the market, I suggest get either S605 Stereo Bluetooth headset or iTech Clip Radio or other.

there's this software called quickoffice that's suppose to open word, excel and powerpoint. Mine's pre-installed but i never used it

ya.E71 bundle with older version of quick office. Yr friend cannot open maybe because it was create from latest MS Office 2007 which older version didnt support.

Got lucky that I brought the latest quick office v5.0 @ USD1... I think some forumer also manage to get that deal..

Maybe the "problem" your friend mentioned is referring to the fact that Quickoffice has only 3 typefaces (Times New Roman, Arial, Symbol) . So fancy fonts (or any font other than the default 3) will not display. You'll still be able to read the text, of course.

If documents do not need to be edited (e.g. resumes, office memos, invoices, receipts, etc), then stick to PDF files. The E71 comes with a PDF viewer, too. Your documents will display exactly the way they're supposed to, fancy formatting and all.

Come to think of it, i've tried to find it too. But its quite hard to find medic software for symbian. Different when i was using palm treo last time. Tonnes of medic software for my picking.
