a. valid till 31 Jan 2011
b. Prior reservation can be done by either of the following
- www.rwgenting.com/promovoucher (Booking period: 14Jun 2010-28 Jan2011)
- SMS booking: Type VCH SH <voucher no> <ddmmyy> and send to 39383 for futher instruction (Booking period: 14Jun 2010-28 Jan2011)
-Tel 03-27181818 daily from 10am-6pm. (Booking period: 14Jun 2010- 31 Oct 2011). Surcharge RM15 applied for phone booking.
-if any case the surcharge is paid by using credit card, the credit card holder should present during room check-in.

c. Room voucher is not valid on these dates:
5&6 Nov 2010, 25&31 Dec 2010 , 01jan 2011.

d. Each voucher is valid for one transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash
e. Free room voucher 1) is applicable during Low Season only as per Genting's seasonal chart.
For check in during shoulder or peak season, a surcharge will be imposed by Genting

f. Original voucher must be presented upon check-in. Failing which normal room rates will be charted. For other voucher , pls present when ordering or when purchasing tickets.

g. Hotel check-in must be before 6 pm or normal rates will be charged. No appleals or complaints will be entertained.

h. For hotel vouchers (Voucher 1), walk-in guests would not be entertained. Prior booking is required. Booking is subject to availability. Once booking, no amendment and cancellation will be entertained.

i. Not applicable with other on-going promotion

j. Free room is only applicable during low season per Genting seasonal chart.

A) I'm very interested. But I don't understand how these voucher works especially the Free room voucher (voucher 1)?
In general, it's really simple.
Step1 : visit link below and check the room availability on your check in date.

Step2: If yes, contact me for making payment and etc.

Step3: Once I receive the payment , i will send the voucher to you asap. Then you can proceed with room booking WITH the voucher numbers. Online booking at the same website. Genting's Booking Website
If your check-in date is on low season, then it's 100% free for the room. If shoulder or peak season as per chart below, then u need to pay for the room surcharge.

Once confirmed, you can't undo, change date. It's final.
Alternative method is phone booking Tel 2718-1818 (10 am - 6 pm). or SMS booking.

Step4: Bring the voucher and proceed with normal check-in on the check-in date. Present the vouchers to the genting receptionist. ... Done.

B) Why didn't the system accept my promotional voucher serial number?
This could be due to a number of reasons as follows:
i)Did you key in the serial number correctly? Alphabets followed by the numerical numbers with no space in between. There should be 3 alphabets followed by 6 digit numbers.
ii)That particular promotional voucher may have already been used.

C) Issit really true that i can get free room by following the method on FAQ A)?
Yes la... my friend....check my successful tradelist. If I tipu anyone of them, sure they will tembak me or post a warning to LYN members. So far, i'm glad to say that all of them are happy with the vouchers bought from me.

D) Can I bring the Free-room-vouchers and walk-in to check in ?
No, you MUST do advance booking via online or phone booking. Walk-in customers will not be entertained.

E) Ok, i understand advance booking is needed for room vouchers, how about others? Do i need booking or what?
No, no need advance booking. Just present the vouchers to the ticket counter to enjoy immediate discount/special offer.
