i can access to public wifi but can't access at my office's wifi. i'm able detect but couldn't acess. so...conclusion?

i just wanna ask u guys, ive got wifi problems.

my iphone 3G 3.1.3 non jailbreak (Restored from backup after update from 3.1.2) is able to list network when wifi is turn on.
but i cannot connect to any of the network.
is this my 3G software problem or hardware?

any fix?
