10.00am : Tea + 2 slices of banana cake + 3 Popia
12.10pm : Mixed Rice
3.00pm : Coffee + A lot of prawn ball + chicken ball (real meat 1, not the foam)
7.20pm (post running) : 1 glass of HL MIlk + 1 scoop of whey
8.00pm : 1 glass of HL milk + 1 fish oil + 1 slice of wholemeal bread (tuna + lettuce) + Boiled Chicken Salad + 1 multi-vitamin
Workout:5.40pm - 6.45pm: Running at Bulatan ParkDistance : 13 x 800m = 10.4km
Time : 52.12mins
Post Running Workout : 20 x Crunch + 40 x Bicycle Crunch + 20 x Push-up
Hehe, power of chicken/prawn balls, today running hantam kao kao..... no la, should be due to belly breath method by Dr. Sheehan. Today keep trying to practise the "belly breath", seems work, din run out of breath although maintain my high speed all the way.
