TODAY 5/7/08
FOOD LOG Woke up at 10.30 Eat baked bread+cheese+egg+1scp egg lunch 1 chicken rice ( that all lulz!) preworkout 1 scy whey Dinner rice+cot fish+Chicken Supper 1 scp whey+2 egg WORKOUT LOG Dips 10 6 Chest press (3plates) 10 10 9 10 Weight 2.5kg crunches+leg up 40+22+14 Shouldnt drink water then do, lol my stumoch feel the water gonjang then stop Incline leg riase(raise 3 level) 13 Sit Up(raise 4 level)( more of half sit up or crucnhes) 20 Side twist(3rd level) 30 I Notice today i cannot achieve much AIks, must be becasue of that guy who have the perfect body i want distract me lol, cant stop admiring, i mean staring XD nothing much to update, took a pic and my camera ran out of batery, Almost cried ![]() This post has been edited by raindrops: Jul 5 2008, 10:29 PM |

Situp and leg up(weighted 2.5kg)
50 ( i notice my body adapted to this exercise and i dont feel much stress to the abs. so i think im going to drop this for awhile) Dips 8 8 Cruches 2.5kg weighted 35+32+15 full Sip up(3rd level) 11 ( feel dizzy like vomit doing situp, doono why) Chest press 10+7+7 pictures speak a thousand words ![]() ![]() ![]() |
