FOOD LOG
Woke up at 10.30
Eat baked bread+cheese+egg+1scp egg
lunch 1 chicken rice ( that all lulz!)
preworkout 1 scy whey
Dinner rice+cot fish+Chicken
Supper 1 scp whey+2 egg

WORKOUT LOG
Dips
10 6

Chest press (3plates)
10 10 9 10

Weight 2.5kg crunches+leg up
40+22+14

Shouldnt drink water then do, lol my stumoch feel the water gonjang then stop doh.gif


Incline leg riase(raise 3 level)

Sit Up(raise 4 level)( more of half sit up or crucnhes)

Side twist(3rd level)

I Notice today i cannot achieve much sweat.gif

AIks, must be becasue of that guy who have the perfect body i want distract me lol, cant stop admiring, i mean staring XD

Breakfast: chicken rice
lunch: lunch+lala+random =.="
Prework: 1 scp whey
post : 1 scp whey
Dinner:Rice+egg+fish+etc etc

Today's workout
CHEST/Shldr back

chest press (4 plates, improve from 3 laugh.gif )
6+7+8

Dips
7+5+6

Shoulder pull down(6 plates, improve from 5)
8+10+8

Lol thats bout wraps up todays workout, nothing to update, no story to tell, oh, i have been going to toilet latel== guess the lactose intolerance is acting up and i donno which food contains dairy in kanteen doh.gif

could be water, i dont like to drink water during workout, cause when do Abs workout, can feel it gongcang!

but my mini gym also lack of oxygen, the window always open sikit sikit.

after 20min, i always walk out breath some fresh air!
