OVERVIEW
6/6-12/6 week 1 - 50-51.5kg
13/6-19/6 week 2 - 51.6-52.2kg

so far got improvement tongue.gif

food log:
morning 1 scoop whey
breakfast 2- 2 plate of rice+fried chicken
lunch- spicy macdeluxe burger regular meal+fries+coke ( went to watch hulk and only got fast food =.=)
dinner- bihun and soup( WTF IS THAT? MANA CUKUP UTK ME GROW, my mom cook this kind of bihun+ soup shocking.gif shakehead.gif )
dinner 2- 3 eggs+ 2scoop whey+ 2 roti spread with chocalate

BTW, fries+coke = recipe for fatness. Just check out the energy content and sugar content of the fries and coke (it's on the piece of paper on the tray).
Burgers are still ok, at least there's a piece of nice meat. You can ask for mineral water instead of coke in McD. But I'm super cheapskate --- I just order a burger, and get my drinks from Fitness First or Carrefour/Giant nearby.

WORST DAY OF FOOD LOG OF MY LIFE!

morning 1 whey
breakfast rice+egg+pieces of black pepper chicken
lunch skipped=.= drank a 1 scop of whey
then went to water park
In water park ate 1 burger+fries+coke
Dinner missed SLEPT
woke up, watch Tv, then eat 2 piece of breed and 1 scoop whey

Cardio
3hours of water park exercising, it was hard and daunting with all those water sliding and water spalshing,talk about a hard workout

weight dropped to 51.9

on the last day of week 3 i shyted in the toilet like water that could explain the amount of weight i lose
OH well, week 3 i was having so much exam stress that i dint bother to eat much and didnt exercise.
hypothesis= no exercise=no muscle gain= high metabolism prevent fats

gym at 6.30( was palying my violin with chamber group == busy day)

yesterday i played basketball in school, and when my 110kg friend jump and throw the ball into the hoop, he landed on my right hand tricep, and instantly my hand drop and i was no control of it,and i was in pain doh.gif(but keep quiet cause want to be cool whistling.gif )
but kesi walk away from the basketball court and say tukar baju( unsure.gif what?~! i dont want feel paiseh ma!)
cant even lift 3 plates of chest press for 2 times doh.gif
So demotivated and went home vmad.gif

Current weight:52.3kg

as u can see, i gain fat and my abs getting less and less vinsible. the lowest 2 are slowly fading away sweat.gif WHO cares, as long as i reach my targeted weightQ!!! thumbup.gif

Chest press NOT IMPROVING!

SInce the 1week+ break my progresss have decrease alot!

So i say tambah nasi, he look at me, and give me like a quater.
So i say, :"TAmbah lagi"
Then he add half
then i say TAMBAH lagi!"
then he add 1 bowl
then i say :"TAMBAH LAGI!"
then he add another bowl of rice

Woke up at 11.30 LOL

3.30pm- Wan tan Mee+fried chicken

7pm- ice cream in old town kopitiam
10.30pm- chiken chop
1.10am- 1 scp whey

Wanted to go gym today, but my sis ask me go K-box, so what the heck! tongue.gif ( my sis fooled me that got many pretty girl brows.gif , but go there only 2 Not-so-pretty girl vmad.gif )
i wasted rm13+ for nothing cry.gif (Stupid old town kopitiam koffee ice cream taste so bad and cost me rm3.80=.= im stingy)

Anyway, i was in kopitiam waiting for toilet and i saw this mirror, and this groovy light.

what did i do?
i did what a person in the right mind would do, Pulled up my shirt and snap my pic with my camera phone~ whistling.gif
