P3600i shud be 1.6k+. asus P320 around 1.2k i believe.

performance is device specific, both seems okay, but HTC SIS offers better after sales support

i have another question. if a phone only have HSDPA instead of Wifi, like the LG viewty, what is it for ? can it still surf the Wifi internet?

HSDPA is using your data connection, such as your 3G connection etc. Yes you can still surf the net, but if you don't subscribe to the data package, you'll have to pay from your nose. lol. 10kb = 10 cents.
