Hi, i'm looking for pda phone to store my biz data. i just need it to support microsoft word & excel (editable). most important is the device should not be too big size n heavy.
BUDGET RANGE: below 2.5k Second hand: no QWERTY keyboard: no Keypad: Virtual / Hardware (most pda phones are virtual) * if got hardware, more easier to use with one hand * GPS: Yes Bluetooth: Yes WIfi: Yes Frequent Overseas traveller to Japan and US? or other countries: no Camera Resolution minimum: 2.0 Expandable Memory: Yes 3G : Yes HSDPA or higher: Yes / No *Not important* Gaming Type: Light gaming / Heavy Gaming (if u think u wun game, considered light gaming) *Not important* Screen Resolution: VGA / QVGA / I dont give a hoot *Not important* IF Any in that template u feel that its NOT IMPORTANT EG: QWERTY Keyboard, u feel its not important, u wanna concentrate on other features, then please say NOT IMPORTANT, so we know its not a priority. Of course, a yes/no definite answer allows us to give better answers [/quote] |

emphasizing on your req for not too big or heavy, you could up your budget a bit by about 2oo and get the HTC Diamond. Otherwise, you could have a look at HTC Touch Cruise, and HTC P3600i. I believe the Touch Cruise is slightly lighter to the feel.

Asus P750 looks alrite too.. but the screen is small.. QWERTY keyboards are best at data entering.. but most QWERTY PDAs are big and bulky.. hmm.. give the Samsung SGH-i780 a look at for a QWERTY PDA. but best u wait for Baronic to give his ideas BUDGET RANGE: below 2.5k Second hand: no QWERTY keyboard: no Keypad: Virtual / Hardware (most pda phones are virtual) * if got hardware, more easier to use with one hand * GPS: Yes Bluetooth: Yes WIfi: Yes Frequent Overseas traveller to Japan and US? or other countries: no Camera Resolution minimum: 2.0 Expandable Memory: Yes 3G : Yes HSDPA or higher: Yes / No *Not important* Gaming Type: Light gaming / Heavy Gaming (if u think u wun game, considered light gaming) *Not important* Screen Resolution: VGA / QVGA / I dont give a hoot *Not important* IF Any in that template u feel that its NOT IMPORTANT EG: QWERTY Keyboard, u feel its not important, u wanna concentrate on other features, then please say NOT IMPORTANT, so we know its not a priority. The touch dual is a nice choice for her, but it has to be manually hacked and stuff to enable the GPS, as i believe its not activated originally. so i wun recommend to a first time user.
