I have 2 choice of pda right now, which is
HTC Touch 3G, currently in promotion selling at RM1279
Acer F900 also in promotion selling at Rm1799
my preference as below:
GPS: Yes
Bluetooth: Yes
WIfi: Yes (important)
Gaming Type: Moderate
Speed: Fast

I check on some review said that HTC Touch 3G is good in gps signal detection. While the chipset of Acer F900 is more power full than HTC,
and some review of Acer F900 is not bad also even compared to HTC HD.
Do u think that it is worth for topping up a Rm520 to get F900?
Thank you

i am choosing between omnia and omnia 2,would appreciate some recommendations

GPS: Yes
Bluetooth: Yes
Camera Resolution minimum: 5mp with flash (so that i can use in low lighting or no light condition)
Wifi: Yes
Speed: Fast

I choose between this 2 because i think their camera is great(with flash of course) among others pda in this same level,i will be mainly using the gps functions and the document editor software.

Is there any lagging issue with OMNIA? and is the camera is good(at least average) in dark condition?

Is it worth the rm500-700 for getting the omnia 2 instead of omnia?

your recommendations is very much appreciated

the bigger 3.7" amoled screen with wvga (on the omnia II) should be added bonus when u use gps or edit document.

I found that both phone have almost the same spec, and Touch 2 even have Winmo 6.5 and selling Rm400 cheaper, can you tell me whats the advantage of the touch cruise 09 compare to touch 2? i know Cruise 09 have the footprint s/w but i dont think i need this s/w.

@kakumei. htc touch hd would be a winner with its large screen. but u'll have to get second hand. nothing good to recommend otherwise with that budget. maybe x peria or touch pro

@kayve, u dun need a high spec phone for your requirements. but for value for money, i say go for touch hd.

btw u guys shud wait for next year's line up. new processors coming along

Optional:
It would be great if it has a doodling software included, also better if the phone is stylish. if can , the stylus must be precise and maybe multiple word recognition for texting or maybe scribbled notes sending as MMS. actually thinking too far... but just wondering if any of this has entered the PDA market.

I would really appreciate it if the pros of the PDAs can recommend a range of options then i will try to compare. also, whr do you all usually look for PDA info?Is Eten good? Jet?

Thanks!!

@maxsia. for your budget for brand new, go for diamond 2. but the battery is a lil substandard. for doodling u will have to use a third party software, but there ARE good softwares out there. My favourite is Photogenics.

@lhlngt2005, u didnt give much info there. I'd say the Touch 2.

@buntutman, not sure what your gf's sales occupation gotta to do with the phone. may need to know what she wants to use it for. but for any pda phone, as long as u shut unused programs down (many people minimise instead of shut down) and softreset once a day shud be no problems.

@Dancingmoney, yo bro, i wud recommend HP products, but be aware their after sales service and spare parts supplies are horrible.
