I always get my stuff from PA within 7-10 days.

Because the shipping is free, I suggest you guys order just 1 or 2 items at one time, and tomorrow order again. This will make sure lower value and smaller package that will not attract the kastam much.

I ordered 4 packages from UK amazon and luckily 3 of them arrived. Waited 5 days from estimated delivery date and

That's their standard reply. I don't think they will actually do any investigation. I wrote to them again after the dateline an received my refund within 2 days.
