Fuiyoh nice bike man.Good taste.I am not really a fan of bikes but I do admire Kawasaki bikes cause they kick ass.My favourite is the Suzuki Hayabusa

100% agreed,cause last time my dad own this bike i think durring the early 90's,he sold it cause got some financial difficulties,i can still remember the sound of this man best machine,haha thats why now i wana grab hold of one.=D

Good bike..good sound...good power, but be gentle on her...

My friend used to have one of this, brought second-hand. Always ramp this bike and after using it for one years he broke the engine valves.

The repair bill cost him RM6500...

i dont think u can get new one. Now different model already.

U can scout for used ones at shops in Sentul area. Welly Selayang definitely will have 2 or 3 of these.

2nd hand will cost your around 10k depends on year and condition.

But please , need to know that this bike maintenance is same with superbike
The valve is small, need to know more about your bike

No valve problem
I mean no broken valve
This is not superbike so dont over rev it always
Nive if you dont let your RPM be more than 10000 when you want to shift gear
1st geat just in short time, and dhift 2nd gear
Another gear if can make sure not more than 10000rpm when you shifting
No new production of this bike
THe new kawasaki nijna 250 is base model of zzr250
The sound also not same

ZXR250 still the best
USD fork, high rev , nice looking, low gravity rider position, and many more


Dont pulas habis this bike too long time
Or you will naik turun engine always

Recomended speed to cruise is 140-160kmj
Can try the top speed but dont too much
Normally can get 180-220kmj top speed
20 second is enough if you want to stay that speed.
Need to love ur engine.


Spare Rm2k to prepare if need to repair something when you buy it
Average price is RM8k-RM13k

yeap..agree. the bike is a bit fragile..dont rev it too much.

there is new 250cc sportbike launched recently. It's ninja 250r. Nice looking bike. And the price is around 20k. Quite cheap for 250cc bike

No garang sound like ZXR250( USD fork, Twin front Disc and big one , 4 piston )

New ninja, Single front disc,normal fork, mainly same like zzr250
but zzr250 already have superb history
this one is re birth

yeah.. last time i remembered, based on looks only, zxr250 seating position and tank shape is much more 'garang' compared to zzr250. Not sure about this new ninja though. If i were to go for the new ninja 250, i will consider the looks first.. if it's sporty like zxr250 then it should be good.

Just my 2 cents... last rode a bike was like 3 years ago.
