Not really a lab .-. One of the Van Gogh's, perhaps? I'll google it, while I'll will left this as it is. Nuuu, I gave up ~.~ but it does have his trademark stroke like Vey said Source is unknown, even with the signature. Just love the twilight/dawn after-the-rain there.
