How old are you?

people will have their own opinions about belts. mostly they've used one before and read about it.
since u have one, try it first then only talk about "hate"ing it.
dont be so lalang and dislike belts just cos eveyone is saying that.
PS, i'm neutral to belts. i own one, but haven't been using it for a long time.

yeah, prolly genetics. cos at 9.8% bf also can't see 6 packs.
so i don't really bother bout 6 packs anymore. besides, my abs are crooked. so fudge it.

Definitely progressed alot. even since i first met u in kelana jaya. w00t.
why dun wanna bulk up summor? need to change closet? all your old nice clothes cant fit into em anymore? lol
i sorta had the same prob. and then need to maintain the food consumption too.. starting to get way too expensive...

on topic of girls posting, i think got few girls posted thier pics b4. in bikini/sports bra too.
didn't keep the pics up too long tho. must be alot of weird comments started coming in.

Not bad. can see trapz, triceps and delts coming out abit more. and the back is more defined (mebbe lighting)
but can see overall progress there. mebbe other poses and angles might give a better view instead of just a back shot.

wrong thread to ask this. this is progress thread for pics.
i'll try to answer anyway,
the belt is to help u trap air in your gut when u suck it in giving out more pressure to support your spine when u lift.
as for the saying back wont get strong is more of saying over relying on that thing then your back wont learn to cope with the pressure on its own.
so there are people that only use the belts on heavy lifts and on the not so heavy ones they do without the belt.

bbers that wear it throughout their entire workout is more for show i guess.

Tweaked my workout a little replacing some exercises with new ones. Somehow felt like workout intensity has dropped. Might be due to longer resting time coz need to wait for workout partners.

Gained a bit of size. Bf% still dropping but in a much slower rate. Might wanna incorporate an extra day for cardio as I'm not doing any for the pass 1 year.
