You have similar bicep insertion points like mine. We both have poor bicep genetics. More hammer curls.

Lat spread, learn to rotate your scapulae outwards.
Lots of hammer curls it is, then. flex.gif

And I'll keep trying to get the lat spread right. blush.gif

Guys, comment on my body please. Am i underweight? Should i bulk up? I'm 17 this year and have been going to the gym for 5 months. But not consistent. smile.gif

A bit on the skinny side. You look pretty much like an ectomorph to me. Eat, sleep and train hard.

First post here.  smile.gif

I'm a skinny ******* heh, only 145 lbs. I only lift weights casually though. main sport is competitive sprinting, so i can't get too big.

I'd say arms and chest need more work. Looking ripped as it is now, though. rclxms.gif

All the more reason to lift weights. I play football, basketball, lots of other sports and am on the school team for both football and track & field. Nothing bad has come from weightlifting, and if anything, it's improved my performance in sports. So, keep lifting. thumbup.gif

QUOTE(diablokun @ Jun 11 2009, 01:55 AM)
they have amazingly low bf, i think that's why they look big...weight training is to extend their stamina and increase sprint power...but most international sprinters were naturally big and hv a nice body...asafa powell, bolt, maurice green, bruny surin etc look at them

Genetics manage to have a part to play nearly everywhere. =/

Since I'm not getting to the gym for a few weeks, I took some random back shots. Finally got the back lat-spread done! At least I think it's done properly. xD

Do you mind answering a couple of questions?

1) How much did you improve on the deadlifts in 2 months?

2) How did you train to reach this level? Were you constantly lifting 5rm or 3rm or 1rm? Different setup for every week etc?

Thank you and congratulations
*
If I'm not mistaken, he started deadlifting with 100kg and moved up. Me thinks. blush.gif
