Chest and biceps seem to be taking their sweet time, though. rclxub.gif

Oh, and, what about adding in a different exercise between pullups and pulldowns to give those particular muscles a little breather since you're experiencing pain. Or just take a short rest between them?

Took some new measurements of my arms today. Really happy, they're showing some pretty decent progress. Right measured in at 13 6/8" and the left is 13 1/8". My left arm's finally catching up. rclxms.gif

Latest picture for my front double bicep pose. Pretty happy with my progress. Left tricep is lagging though, making my whole left arm look smaller. sweat.gif

Been working out seriously, ie lifting, for approximately 5 months now. Before this, I pretty much just did lots and lots of sports, and I still do. xD

Got a pretty strong base for my fitness from gymnastics, basketball and football. Started out with gymnastics when I was 8 and did it for 4/5 years.

Could be genetics, or it could be that you're using your traps to aid in doing other exercises without realizing. Either way, it doesn't really matter, does it. You're growing anyway. biggrin.gif
