guys, juz wanna ask u..what is the purpose of using a belt while we lift?
izzit to protect our back?style or wat?sorry, but when my fren ask..i was like didn't know what to say...other say if use that thing in d long run, our back will not gonna be strong..is this true?

the belt is to help u trap air in your gut when u suck it in giving out more pressure to support your spine when u lift.
as for the saying back wont get strong is more of saying over relying on that thing then your back wont learn to cope with the pressure on its own.
so there are people that only use the belts on heavy lifts and on the not so heavy ones they do without the belt.

bbers that wear it throughout their entire workout is more for show i guess.

ooo..ic..but then again, it's more like a total body workout rite?
from my understanding, if u do this say 4 times a week, u'r gonna reach a stagnant level...i mean ur progress is juz gonna be like that only la..
what do u think?is it appropriate for us to us this workout or apply the 1 day 1 bodypart?
