guys, juz wanna ask u..what is the purpose of using a belt while we lift?
izzit to protect our back?style or wat?sorry, but when my fren ask..i was like didn't know what to say...other say if use that thing in d long run, our back will not gonna be strong..is this true? |

ooo..ic..but then again, it's more like a total body workout rite?
from my understanding, if u do this say 4 times a week, u'r gonna reach a stagnant level...i mean ur progress is juz gonna be like that only la.. what do u think?is it appropriate for us to us this workout or apply the 1 day 1 bodypart? |
