yea,i do hav a good diet,i eat clean...but i rarely take meats...that sucks
i didnt mean to be...juz i can only eat meat u noe..this is weird
unless i eat rice with meat,thats fine
but i kinda avoid rice...i only eat small portion rice in lunch time
now i had met my weight plateau..stubborn weight..my weight keep maintaining 50-52..damn it! vmad.gif
