u can tell the difference between an unplastered wall and a torn down plastered wall, for renovation, u don hav to tear down everything.

Ever seen rich man's renovation? They do funny things that poor guy like me envy. I wanted to tear down my wall and make a double layer brick wall with fiber glass filled in between my wall but too bad I can afford it. So the previous japanese owner may be doing something similar or something weird to his apartment. My in-law changed everything in his bungalow from his floor tiles to bathroom and room to roof tiles leaving the only the few backbone wall untouched. Crazy!

No developers will leave a single unit undone like that, they'll just patch up everything badly like umm Talam. So it's either uncompleted properties or slanted windows, tilted toilet bowl, curvy wall... yay!

laugh.gif so true!!! when my fren got the key to his new apartment... he was shocked... kitchen tiles was 1 feet lower than spec, door locks were spoilt, bathroom sink was not working @_@

true also about renovations... a friend literally tear down the house and rebuilt the whole thing smile.gif
