Damn, the Speedstep only available if I set my vCore to Auto, so my dream of being 'green' and energy consuming at the same time would not materialize if OC over 3.5ghz (thats so far I can OC my proc under AUTO on the vCore), but still, I haven't check whats the actual maximum clockspeed I can achieved on AUTO, so this will be my new quest.
Yeah, I think OC should not just be about attaining maximum power, but has to be 'conceptually intelligent' and futuristic by balancing eco-friendliness and power..

I believe this concept should be the future approach of OC'ing, and the future is not near, its now.
Anyways,
Hazairi, how you OC your proc?
I got a suggestion bro, you can set your fsb to 380 and OC the ram from 667mhz to 761mhz, and set the strap to '266', therefore attaining the 1:1 ratio.
But because I don't know what voltage you are OC'ing on 3.74ghz i can't say more, because its pointless to to OC to 4ghz if you exceed the Intel's spec of 13625v on the 45nm chip...
OR if you decided that you are a satisfied with u'r CPU OC'ing, you can move to OC'ing the entire system performance, by tightening/lowering the PL (performance level)
Because I think 3.74ghz is good enough for the E7400, OC any further(to 4ghz) yield not much difference in overall system performance, but tightening the ram, or lowering the PL does so much difference in system performance bro.
good2..
