Been wanting to buy MBB for a while, but I decided to wait until their full FY2020 financial year result is out before buying. Reason being is that in many banks (like the one I work in now), many of them are reporting high quarterly profits, but are not charging large impairments until the end of the year.

I'm not exactly sure why, but I suspect the banks are either being prudent, or are expecting to officially record problem accounts after the standard 90 day arrear payments for most loans.

Today is BNM MPC meeting. Let see if they cut one more.

Chill bro, there are still a lot of cheap bank laggards to be bought.

Also take a look at KLFI. Finance is still low compared to the 2018-2019 peak of 18000. Now just 13000. Next year will be great for finance index IF moratorium is no extended because  the banks will be able to make out a lot more new loans (a lot more profit growth for banks) within is very much sought after in economy recovery/expansion.

Else the uptrend momentum will be delayed for another 6 months.
