Hope for this time this 2-3 weeks is really true,and that bombman can really come back and prove he wasn't scamming. It was just bad service. Please dont let us down. Come back,and remove that dispute tag with your actions! Get the safe trader tag back!

I admit that I dont need a refund from him yet. But the case is my computer,havent received it. He claims he sent it,and asked me whether I got it. I replied him,he says he will check with City-Link. And it has been 2 weeks. I msged him to ask how the tracking went but no reply until now.

I also received no reply from him concerning my computer. The last reply had been... around 3 weeks ago. Sigh. Guess it really depreciated a lot already. Q6600. Bought it on Jan,used 1 month den until now havent use.

At least you can run your computer naked. My whole computer is with him. Silverstone SG03, Silverstone Zeus 750w PSU. Q6600. 4Gb G Skill ram kill.

I consider myself really unlucky,f**k the idea of modding man. Should have just have it looking ugly at home. Shit 6 months already. When is the deadline for police report again?

When is the deadline already? He has been giving constant replies to a different person every 3 days or so. But it has been sometime since anyone of us here actually got a reply. Am i right? I think its time to be carefull now. Anyone who got a single response within the last week better post here. If not,this case is getting dangerous.

A short update. Although I think it is not needed. I HAVENT GOT MY COMPUTER. Not replying any of my messages. Someone on the other thread says that he claims he will be back to work this week. Dont think that claim will affect deadline now. My computer is darned outdated now,used only few weeks. Nice one...

He also claims that he sent my computer many weeks ago but I haven't received it yet. I think the Rm20 refund is insignificant.

Just to update. I havent receive reply for a long time also. I last msged him 2 weeks ago? Then around last thursday,he msged and said he recovered my lost computer,and will send it on monday ( 2 days ago ),and will sms me the tracking number. Last saturday I sms-ed to ask whether he need address,and no reply. Monday I smsed to ask for the tracking,no reply too. Yesterday night I smsed again to ask what is going wrong,till now still no reply.

As days pass by,I really doubt I'm going to see my 1 month old computer... Can't believe my first modding project is just gone like that. With the nicely sleeved PSU cables... Sigh... All my effort.

Yes,let us all go lodge police report. Lodge report first, think later. We have to voice out,if theres misunderstanding or miscommunication we can apologize later,but i dont think that is likely.
