The Company had on 26 March 2014 requested for the suspension of trading of its securities for one (1) market day, that is, from 9.00 a.m. on 27 March 2014 to 5.00 p.m. on 27 March 2014, pending a material announcement of a transaction where the percentage ratio calculated in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”) is equal to or exceeds 25%. The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 of the Listing Requirements on Requests for Suspension. Bursa Securities had on 26 March 2014 approved its request for the suspension in trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. on 27 March 2014 to 5.00 p.m. on 27 March 2014. This announcement is dated 26 March 2014. |
