Nezu, I notice that my Ferro doesn't like mealies anymore but continues to take your smoothie... Izzit ok for it  not too like mealies all of a sudden?

If you still like seeing your Hammies eating mealies again, try not to give your Hammy the smoothie or sometimes. Give it mealies only. Maybe he terpaksa eat it.

Ferro gave me a scare this morning... When I took out the smoothie dish and put i fresh vege, I couldn't see Ferro in his cage. Look all over the house also cannot see. Was starting to get depressed like anything so I started cooking my brunch.

After cook finish I sit near his place and was sad. Then I saw movement under the newspaper. I took it up and saw him pretending to be a pancake under all the newspaper and shavings. It was so flat that I couldn't see much difference on the surface.

        When I found him my emotions were so mixed.

Is that green bowl what you put your smoothie in?  used to use the same one for Ferro! But he was so into drinking the smoothie that he fell into it! Then had a session of extreme grooming when he climbed out.

So now I use a sauce dish for him and Roche.

i'm not sure whether it's their branch not, but the pet shop is called Pets Lovers Centre..
my hamster ah, their grip not bad wor.. can walk on my whole arm without falling.. unless when they wanna suicide, then they will purposely slip & fell lo.. that's y i always play with them on my bed..

I was trying to scrape the smoothie just now. I started poking it with a spoon to produce some shaved smoothie. Then the spoon went right through the smoothie and the plastic container. Now I dunno where to find another small container.

Roche feels noticeably heavier. Ferro still doesn't like my hand.. Sigh....

so ganas one you. use the kfc container for mash potatoes/coleslaw. its roughly the same size as the sample one.

Can we actually cut the nails of the hamster? Im scared accidently cut its fingers 

I left the container out to melt for 20 minutes already. Still so solid le.

Well, she's longer and definitely fatter. She looks so nice! Roche is definitely older. I'm estimating her to be around 1 month plus. Ferro is slightly smaller but gaining in size. He's growing furrier, Hair becoming so lebat.

Roche is a short hair syrian, so I can see how much weight she puts on. Since he's a long hair syrian, Ferro only looks like a big puffball now. Not sure how much of the size is flesh. I just notice that his fur is thicker and longer. Both have very soft fur.

I think crazymouse won't be able to sex next time also, my Ferro. Even more hairy at the underparts.

Can we put tissue in the tank? Im always worried when the hamster stuffs it all in its mouth, it'll get wet and torn up inside the mouth so I usually give serviettes (which are harder to tear).

Got put on weight la, I just mentioned in my last post. Can see them getting rounder and feel them when I hold them up, heavier and more flesh than before. Of cos not with one small container la. They already finished 7 containers by now. Need to get my stocks from Pet Shack tomorrow. They eat more than me now. Will show pics before and after when I can take nice pics.
