alah, not sure one. my hamster sometimes will suka suka afternoon wake up. sometimes sleep until dont want choi you, sometimes will run the wheel like there is no tomorrow

hey...I got 2 hams yesterday....eh....they cant climb cubes and the water bottle is at 2nd floor....not to ask how to let them drink but how to train them climb tubes and y these hams are so noob one??? altough they r tame and lovely but stupid until cannot climb tubes...i saw one trying to climb...somewhere in the middle.he fall down.... =.=

The ability to climb tubes does not make a hamster smart. That said, being unable to climb tubes does not make them stupid.

On another note, I got my 3 week old solid cinnamon male today. He looks pretty small, will try pumping him starting from now.

Well, I left some staple hamster food for him and a small slice of carrot.

I'm actually quite interested in the smoothie but I'm not familiar with the area where Pet Shack's located. Does anyone have a user-friendly map to the shop?

I'll try introducing different varieties of vegetables tomorrow, carrots are the only vegetables left in my fridge today.

On an unrelated note, according to the 'approved shopping cart' chart on the first page of this thread, it states that carrots and apples are not suitable for dwarf hamsters. Why is that?

Hahaha... the more you see him the more you want him. Yes yes, I will be breeding him coz I need to get more Satin out. Will be looking for a cinnamon female as I don't have cinnamon female. I think cinnamon shows the metallic satin shine very well. Satin is dominant, so if I breed my satin with a normal, the offspring would be 50% satin and 50% normals. Heheheh.... Jamien, coming to my house really poison you liao.

I may also go back to Pet Family to get a black banded female coz crossing Cinnamon with Black can get Dove.

Oh yes, red eyed cream!!! Must get. Today I went to a petshop near my place to buy mealworms.... then my eyes caught a syrian.... sob sob, temptation made me buy him. So small, about 1 month old or maybe slightly older.... then he is banded..... but he is a different shade of mink. Why I say mink coz he got eye rings like a sable.... same like mink and his eyes are not fully ruby coloured yet. When placed him in his new tank, he straight away look for food. Poor boy was so hungry..... eat the veggies and Prestige like a starving pig.

She say temptation made her buy. Sure got debating lar. Hehe... 

Yessterday finally Ferro willing to sit in my hand a while and eat. While Ferro eats, I go and touch the back. At first he like very mind. After a while he like don't care. His fur really gotten longer in 2 weeks. Hehe... Very hopeful for taming him.

I guess your Ferro definitely makes you happy for not giving you response in the past.

Any of you guys feed your hamster TOFU ? I read it somewhere saying it contain high calcium + protein.

I read at petwebsite said if u breed satin + satin = will be getting a double shinny satin but with thin fur....i dont know how its look...LOLZ.

I remembered that crazymouse said satin with satin will produce double satin, with thinner fur and the gold sheen is in patches or something. So to say, it is UGLY. Like that lo.

The dominant spot syrians are not available in Malaysia right? There are some prohhibitions about breeding dominant spot with something else, don't remember.
