Cannot open your link, but I guess that's announcement on some exercise of warrant to ordinary share. The conversion is not automatic, you must pay the exercise price up front to exercise your right to convert warrant to share.

I thought it moves?

reconfirmed with remisor, its an announcement of GAMUDA adding in more warrants under the GAMUDA-WD release name.

That's to convert 236,800 warrant into new share...
Then Warrant Number reduced by 236,800.
Share Number increase by 236,800.

Gamuda is the joint PM with MMC for the MRT project, initial phase Sg Buloh- Kajang route (55-60km).

Been holding to it too long, bought last year at 3.94 sold off at 4.08 on 5/1/11



been riding high, will buy if there's weakness..
