Anyone know what's wrong with Gamuda? Has been dropping 12 cents yesterday and today again opening market with heavy selling?
Is it a good time to go in now?

Since when its CEO selling his stake, it is going down the hill since then.

Personally won't touch on those shares that its CEO, MD or major shareholder is selling their stake in the company.
If they have confidence and view the company's future is bright, then why they are selling it?
They have more inside view of the company than everyone else.

Just my personal preference and opinion.

Gamuda is having problems due to its large scale of project in Vietnam. In fact most companies with ties to Vietnam is taking a big dive.

I would stay away from Gamuda for a while till the Vietnam stock market calms down.

i dun un.
means if sell and build, developer can's transfer cost to consumers.
while vice, developer might transfer raise in costing to consumers by adjusting selling price during sales phase?

Yeah, developer now practicing the build first then sell are selling at higher price because the unit are practically there and ready for the owner to move in or a quick sell-off. This normally applies to apartments and condominiums where previously going for 150K¬200K are now migrating to 250K¬400K.

Another reason is the rising price of steel and cement. Since our PM is lifting up the price control, we can expect house prices to rocket in the future.

This is why it is profitable to invest in properties especially in Penang where land is limited.
