Ok guys just a question here. I have dandruff problem and my hair is thinning so is shaving it off and letting it grow back a good option ? My dad is bald and I'm afraid that I might be a victim of hair-loss because of my genetics. sad.gif dont wanna lose my crowning glory at such an early age of 16  cry.gif

Not supplements, just drink green tea everyday as it is helps for antioxidants, can prove blood circulations.

Most important is to know the root cause and treat it. Eg: clog pores, deep sebum, etc

Protein grows hair. Unless you eat a lot of vegetables and protein per day. Mostly we didn't get what nutrition we needed from daily food. So multivitamin helps us to maintain it. But is your choice to choose whether you want it or don't. Optional.

Guess as long as the shampoo doesnt damage your hair follicles, it's worth it. Hence ppl move to natural shampoo..
