Consider supplements (biotin, iron, saw palmetto and etc...) before taking any pill that may bring side effect .

im not sure about others user but it does not help for me, in fact, my hair drop getting worst since using Himalaya products.

I've used Shampoo (for normal hair - in green label), Conditioner and Revival ... use for 1month, then ended up threw away.

Im using Organic shampoo now, bought in Guardian... perfect. not only stop hair drop, also improve hair growth. after 6months of usage, im a truly satisfied. by the way, my hair dropped caused by strees, not naturally.

I have thin hair since i was born, used to have very long hair for many years, ever since my hair stylist told me that long hair can actually cause hair drop, i immediately cut my long hair to shoulder length, and i did realized hair drop had reduced since then. For people facing hair drop problem, you have no choice but to invest into expensive hair loss shampoo, conditioner, hair cream, treatment, hair tonic blah blah blah...

Hi Boonies,

Im just notice im having a hair loss (M type) in front of my head. The "M" is quite big already, and now im having gnc biotin, and vitamin b complex. May I know rogaine helps on it or not? cos i studied your website it says rogaine only works on the crown not the front. IF not then any products you recommended for M shape to apply on the scalp?

Longer hair require more hair nutrient like protein and conditioner to maintain healthy. Yes, the most easiest way to keep your hair and scalp clean and healthy is to shorten the hair length.

Last year I also having hair loss and hair thinning due to my scalp is dirty and has a lot of dandruff. It causes my scalp to be very itchy and skin problem (redness around my head). I've tried many brands of anti-dandruff shampoo but all didn't work. So I went to get treatment from the doctor,
he gave me a special anti dandruff shampoo to use.

The dandruff is cleared after 3 weeks but my scalp is still itchy and has redness all over. Luckily my frequent visited hairstylist has a solution for this because she has clients with the same problem before. It takes me 2 months of hair treatment to cure it.

I'm using organic hair shampoo now, and I'm having less hair drop. I've tried Himalaya product before, its not bad but the result is moderate. I'm just using himalaya's protein hair cream only now.

My hair problem is due to stress, not enough sleep, less exercise and lack of hygiene.

i used rogaine foam in the morning and liquid for the night. recently stop using them as it seems like they are not that effective as before anymore. i've used them for almost 2 years.

i didn't take propecia because of its side effect.

currently using organic shampoo and taking biotin.
should i continue using the rogaine back?

anyone been to hair transplant? heard that even after the surgery, we may need to take propecia. is that true?

Based on the writing description say "if you stop using rogaine foam, you will lose your newly regrown hair in 3 to 4 mths." I have seen some ppl in hairlosstalk.com say they have lost their hair significantly after they stop using the rogaine. Thus, my recommendation is to continue using the rogaine, but change shampoo. Try to test it in 1 - 2 mths.

Some people give the idea which is the hair transplant only change the surface, the hair will fall sooner or later.

In malaysia, you can only find the liquid rogaine which is call regaine. I buy it from US, it is called rogaine foam. It is cost about USD89 including the delivery fees for 4 mths.

Rogaine is 4 times cheaper than regaine. The foam has solve many problem which happen in liquid (try google it).
